Refund/ Returns Policy

At Gnomefolk Naturals, we take great pride in the quality and integrity of our wellness products. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us, and we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, reliable shipping, and consistent customer service. However, due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements, our return and refund policy must adhere to strict safety and regulatory standards.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from www.gnomefolknaturals.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final – No Returns Accepted
Due to the consumable nature of our products and to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of all items shipped to customers, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy is non-negotiable and exists to comply with industry standards and health regulations.
We cannot restock or resell any item once it has left our fulfillment facility, regardless of whether it has been opened or not.
2. Damaged, Expired, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement or refund in these cases, you must:
Contact within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery;
Include your order number in the subject line;
Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged, expired, or incorrect product, including images of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
We will review your claim and, upon verification, offer one of the following remedies:
A replacement shipment at no additional cost to you;
A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Customer Order Errors
We are not responsible for issues caused by customer mistakes at the time of purchase. These include, but are not limited to:
Ordering the wrong product or quantity
Forgetting to apply a discount code
Changing your mind after the order is placed
Purchasing a product unintentionally
We encourage all customers to review their cart and confirm all selections before completing checkout.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. This includes:
Accurate street address, apartment or unit number
Correct zip code, city, and state
Valid recipient name
Gnomefolk Naturals is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to:
Typographical errors made by the customer
Outdated or incorrect address autofilled during checkout (this is a common issue with saved browser or app data)
We urge customers to double-check their shipping information before submitting an order, especially if using autofill tools.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we may be able to re-ship it at the customer’s expense, depending on the condition of the returned item.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package has been stolen or delivered incorrectly by the carrier:
Contact the carrier directly to file a claim;
Check with neighbors or building managers to see if the package was received by someone nearby.
We will do our best to assist in the process, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related delivery issues.
6. Refund Processing Times
If a refund is approved under the terms of this policy:
It will be issued to the original form of payment;
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will not be granted to alternative accounts or in other payment formats.
7. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
Gnomefolk Naturals reserves the right to contest any chargebacks initiated by a customer that contradict our stated policies. We maintain detailed order logs, shipping confirmations, and customer correspondence to protect against fraudulent claims.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution may result in a ban from future purchases.
